Sublet Term: Jul 6 - August 2-4'th

I've got a really nice condo that I am looking for a responsible individual to cheaply sublet. The condo is 3 stories, I am in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony that looks out to the city. The condo has huge windows, and the second floor is a shared common space. The kitchen is fully equipped and my master bedroom is fully furnished with extra monitors, keyboards, a studio, a mounted wall TV that airplay's.
