It’s a Stanford GSB house open starting July 1, rent for one room is $2k + utilities which are typically negligible according to the people who live there now

The house is 5 bedroom + an office in Menlo Park. You’d sublet my room on the second floor, which will be furnished with an empty closet. You’d share a bathroom with the other bedroom on the floor assuming it will be submitted. The rest of the house is also furnished, w kitchen supplies etc.

We will try to fill the other rooms with other sublets but it might even be empty if my roommates don’t find subletters (let me know if you have friends who are interested!)
