We are looking for someone to share a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Redwood City close to Woodside Plaza. The house and yard are a bit funky but it’s a comfortable environment for someone easy going. The room is currently furnished but can be emptied if desired. Washer, drier, kitchen use, internet and all utilities are included in the rent. Currently 1 male, 2 females and 2 friendly dogs share the space. Quiet, safe neighborhood walking distance to stores and relatively easy 5 mile biking distance to campus. Pets, outside smoking, and occasional overnight guests are welcome.
