The room has a bed, a standing desk, chair, monitor, closet, and shelf. It’s in a two-bed, two-bath apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the 19th & Broadway train stop and in a walkable part of Oakland. The rent per month is $1700 without parking and $1800 with parking.
