Open to in-law units and multi-plexes with private entrance.

Doesn't need to be furnished. Around ~500 sqft is ideal, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Looking to stay within Palo Alto, but can consider nearby towns too. I'm organized, keep to myself, responsible, and try to love sustainably.

I've been searching for 1.5 months across Zillow, Craigslist, FB marketplace, and here. Everything around here is so expensive or gets snatched up before you have the opportunity to get a tour. Please help!!!
