This is a high quality couch that is in very good condition. It was only used for about 1 year and was incredibly comfortable and versatile. It's a great 3 seater and can also turn into a spacious double bed for guests. We also used the extra space from the pull out to prop up our legs for an extra comfy movie night. There's also a large storage area under the chaise that we used to store bedding for the pull out bed + throws to use with the couch. Lid stays open when you take things in and out.

The fixed cover is a durable coated fabric with the same look and feel as leather. It stays cool during hot summers and can easily be wiped down if something spills on it.

The sectional can be disassembled for easier transport or to move the chaise section to the left or right side of the sofa.
