Hi! Recent Stanford grad (23F, Stanford class of 2023) looking for a female roommate to move into my a fully furnished, 2 bedroom home in the Presidio (neighborhood in northern SF).

I already have the lease, just looking for a new roommate as my current roommate (another Stanford grad!) is moving out in June. Ideally you would move in for a year, but very flexible on dates.

Rent is $2250 a month and includes most utilities, laundry, and a parking spot 20 ft from the house!
