I’m looking for a studio or 1 bed/1 bath for long term lease starting end of June (latest July 1). As a tenant, I am conscious of sound levels and keep my space clean. I diligently pay my rent in full and on time. I value clear communication, privacy, integrity, and community. I enjoy cooking and baking [and sharing :)] so a space with a kitchen (not a kitchenette) is important. The place would also ideally have laundry on site or in-unit. I'm open to ADUs and pool houses. I strongly prefer a studio or 1bed/1bath apartment but may be open to a shared house if it’s the right fit. My budget is $1800-$2000 with some flexibility.
