I am an incoming 27M resident looking for housing in the area, starting anywhere between mid June and July. Location anywhere within 30mins drive to Stanford Healthcare is acceptable (Redwood city, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, etc.). My rent budget is flexible and I am willing to sign long term (1year or +), but I am not looking for sublets or roommates. I am clean, quiet, don't smoke, don't own a pet and will be living alone.
