I am a Stanford PhD student (female, late 20s) looking for housing starting mid August (before August 18) for 1-4 months depending on when I graduate. I am clean, quiet, considerate, and am out of town most weekends. Ideally looking for $1200 per month or less though able to go a bit higher.
