-5 Mins walking to MenloPark downtown (SantaCruz Ave), very close to University Ave and Stanford (7-10 mins drive) room with private bathroom (inside the room) with walk-in closet available starting from June 22nd.
-Dishwasher
-Large dining area attached to the living room
-A nice balcony attached to the living room
-Silent environment (except the train noise tbh)
-Safe neighborhood
-Laundry in complex
-Street parking

About the room:

-Nicely furnished room with: bed, bed frame, drawers, TV, desk
-Private bathroom inside the bedroom, the room gets lots of sunlight

-No smoking or drugs, no pets allowed.
