Their move in-&-out date has some flexibility:

The dates that they can move in is from June 12-17
The dates that they can move out is from July 15-20

Must:

1. less than $3000/month
2. not absurdly far away from Stanford (within 30 mins of drive)

Preference:

1. near Stanford (within 15 mins of drive)
2. having the entire space (sharing with a roommate is fine, but having the entire place would be perfect)
