My name is Matt and I am a basketball coach relocating from the east coast to begin a new coaching position with the Stanford Men's Basketball team. I'm 32 years old, single, male, and very tidy/organized.

I'm looking for housing as close to campus as possible beginning on August 31 or as close to that date as possible. Prefer to live in a studio/one bedroom place, but open to sharing with another roommate (male or female). Ideally have a private bathroom in that case. A furnished places is great (so I don't have to ship my items from the east coast) but not necessary.

Currently have a summer sublet that goes until August 31 so ideally not looking to sign a new lease until closer that date. Interested in finding a permanent place to sign a 10-12 month lease.

My budget is $2,300/month MAX (with everything included). Willing and interested to negotiate
