Located in redwood city just off the 280 & woodside rd. 400 sqft studio with wood floors, high ceilings, two sky lights (one opens up!), your own personal yard, and in unit laundry!

It’s an ADU located in the back of a home but the entrance to the studio is completely separate (there’s a fence that blocks it off from the main house. Utilities besides wifi are included, rent is $2300.

I loved loved loved living here! The landlord, his wife, and the neighbors are the most wonderful people and there’s a plum tree in the yard that produces so many scrumptious plums in the summer. (Also, the landlord travels very frequently and is gone for around half the year.)

There’s a corner table/bench that comes with the unit (shown in the image in front of the brick wall). The closest also has full length mirror doors (not shown in the zillow posting).
