Roommate is away for the summer so you will have the whole place for yourself, one bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, 740 sq feet apartment, the place has a very spacious living room with large windows, full kitchen, bathroom, space for bike storage, heaters, and even an AC unit that I purchased :)
