Hi all--I am a Stanford staff member and my wife and I are looking to potentially move to 2br or 3br house/condo/apartment/townhouse in Palo Alto. We're interested in a bigger space (at least 1,000 sq ft) and in-unit laundry is a must. We're both professionals, are very clean and tidy, and take good care of our living spaces. We do not own any pets. Our max budget per month for rent is $4,500.
