We are looking for a quiet, respectful long term tenant - 3 months minimum to rent a small 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom detached cottage (no kitchen) - private entrance and no shared walls - which is located in the back of our the property starting - August 15th 2024.
The house is located approx 20 minutes biking distance to Stanford University.

Price is $1550 per month which includes water, electricity and internet.
Deposit is one months’ rent.
