Seeking long-term room from late September @stanford.edu

Hey, I’m a Stanford postdoc looking for a quiet room to rent starting at the end of September (can be flexible about it). I’m seeking a preferably long-term lease, ideally not far from the campus.

A bit about me:

I have a lot of experience living in flatshares and enjoy a friendly, respectful atmosphere. (I keep in touch with my former flatmates, and they say they are happy to provide reference letters. :D)
Happy to share a meal and do things together, but I also respect personal space and privacy.
Responsible, quiet, tidy, and considerate of others, keeping common areas clean and orderly.
My schedule is quite busy, so I’m often out during the day.
Ideally, I’m looking for a place within a reasonable commute to Stanford, but I’m open to various locations around the area.

And I will also happily join forces and rent a 2-3Br together.
