3. willing to communicate and share a reasonable load of housework to maintain a clean and tidy space
4. okay with living with a cat

1. quiet and safe neighborhood
2. shared living room and kitchen, private room, shared bathroom
3. full-set of kitchenware and other shared accessories
4. public gym and pool at no extra charge
5. efficient mail management system and responsible maintenance team
6. carpooling (if you need a ride) and parking spot (if you have a car)
7. ready-to-be-helpful roommates

[Deal-breakers]

1. if you have pets: we cannot have more pets because the current cat does not go well with other cats
2. if you are using products that contain chemicals lethal to cats such as Minoxidil: we do not want to expose our cat to danger
3. if you use smoke products: we are a smoke-free community, so smoking is not permitted
