Hello, my roommate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to take the other 1B1B :)

Available starting: November 13

Rent: $3695 (not including utilities) total. Currently my roommate and I split evenly between primary and secondary+covered parking spot. I am looking for someone to take secondary+covered parking spot.
Room: Bedroom with detached bathroom, 2x2 986 sf

• Close to San Antonio Shopping Center (Target, Safeway, Whole Foods all within <10min drive)
• Living room AC, in-room heater
• Carpet in room, laminate (fake hardwood) in kitchen/living
• Full kitchen
• In-unit washer and dryer
• 3rd (top) floor unit with high ceiling
• Gated complex
• Small pool
• Small balcony
• Unfortunately, building does not allow pets :(

About me: I’m a Stanford alum who currently works at Google. I enjoy cooking and making music in my room. I like keeping shared spaces clean and tidy and coming home to a quiet, peaceful space. I’d like to find a roommate who shares these preferences!
