Hi all. I'm planning to move from Redwood City down south to anywhere in the Palo Alto / Mountain View / San Jose area, preferably close to Mountain View.

I hope to look for a place with

• Move-in date: early to mid August.
• Private bedroom and private bathroom
• Open to taking over existing lease, sign new ones, etc. for >= 1 year

I'd also prefer

• Apartments
• In-house laundry units
• AC/thermostats

Some info about myself: I identify as a male. I graduated from Stanford about a year ago and am currently working in a tech start up.
