'm a 25-year-old female Stanford graduate with a budget around or under $2,500/month.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place that offers:

• Good privacy (preferably not on the first floor)
• Parking, with EV charging if possible
• Clean laundry facilities
• Plenty of natural light
• A quiet, safe community
• Within a ~10-minute drive to campus

*I would also consider having a female roommate for 2b2b.
