We are renting 2 private bedrooms in a move-in ready home in Santa Clara, 95050. We are looking for 2 young adults who are respectful, clean and communicative to share this 3 bedroom home for a 12-month lease.

Renting Details:

• Working professionals or graduate students for a 12-month lease.
• Female only, ages 21-25 preferred.
• Rent includes utilities and WiFi. If excessive amounts of energy, water, etc. are used, there may be a fee to cover those extra costs.
• Rent is deducted the first of the month.
• Refundable Deposit of $2000 at sign in. At time of departure, the owner will review the state of the house, and all items in the home.
• Proof of income and credit score required.
• 2 bedrooms available:
  • 1st bedroom: Partially furnished with desk, desk chair, and nightstand. You will need to bring your own bed. $1850 monthly rent + $2000 refundable security deposit at move in. Ready for move-in on September 1st.
  • 2nd bedroom: Fully furnished with desk, desk chair, nightstand, and bed. $1950 monthly rent + $2000 refundable security deposit at move in. Ready for move-in on September 7th.
