Utilities and internet are included. Room is available for month to month lease, but ideally you would be planning to stay 2+ months. $1200 security deposit required. Backyard, living room, dining room, and kitchen shared with all housemates. Very safe, quiet, low traffic residential neighborhood on a tree lined street in a neighborhood of single family homes. Easy parking, and access to Highway 101 and Stanford University (8 min drive, 12 min bicycle). Floor to ceiling windows, cozy gas fireplace, washer, dryer, dishwasher, flat-top stove, double oven, and heated bathroom floor included. Two front lawns, 42 foot lap pool, expansive backyard patio and many productive fruit trees.

We value a quiet and peaceful home environment where it's possible to sleep during the day, all days of the week, as we sometimes work nightshift in the hospital. All genders welcome, but WFH workers with calls are not the best fit because it's got to be able to be quiet from 9am-5pm.
