• ~225 sq ft, with two closets, 10 built-in drawers, and great natural light/views. Comes unfurnished, I just haven’t packed my things yet

• The lease renews June 30 - I just signed, so you'd be subletting my place until the renewal in June and can then sign on for an additional year then.
