I am subleasing my apartment, Lyman Graduate residence (@ $1628 per month) 
from 8 November 2025 to 25 December 2025 (Dates can be flexible, we can discuss)

Also have Microwave, Toaster, Insta Pot, Slow Cooker, Cooking utensils, Oven, Sandwich maker, Coffee machine, multiple Lamps, Fan, mattress and beddings (including extras), over sink dish drying rack.

It consists of two bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one shared bathroom. One of the bedroom will be used by my roommate who will be staying there for sometime. Only one bedroom is being subleased, along with the common areas including living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Laundry service is also provided. There is a Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
