Hi, I’m an incoming postdoc at Stanford and am looking to rent a quiet studio in a peaceful neighborhood. I’m seeking a long-term lease, with a start date flexible between mid-December and early January. My priorities are:

1. A quiet unit, especially between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
2. A commute of around or less than 20 minutes to the Stanford campus by bike or public transportation.
