• Easy access to the freeway

• Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Total rent is $3800, for the bedroom that you would be leasing it is $1900/month; the total rental price for the apartment includes garbage collection and water
• The remaining utilities (e.g., electric and wi-fi) come to ~$200/month in total (so ~$100/person/month)
• The apartment has a dishwasher and there is a coin operated laundry facility in the apartment complex (2 washing machines $1.50/usage; 2 dryers $2/usage)
• parking spots in a secure basement parking garage

Current roommate details:

• Stanford postdoc since February 2025
• French male 27y
• Enjoy cooking, running/playing soccer, playing music, drawing
• Looking for someone who wants a good social connection. No need to be best friends, but it would be nice to share meals, watch movies and go out together sometimes!

Additional information:

• Current roommate is willing to sell all his bedroom furniture (bed, mattress with topper, bed side table, desk, chest of drawers, chair, monitor, ikea stand, lamp) all together for $400 (possible to negotiate)
