I’m a Stanford alum currently working full-time at an early-stage startup in the Bay Area. I’m looking to sublet a private 1BR/1BA (or equivalent) for approximately 3 months starting immediately (flexible on exact dates).

Location preferences:

• Palo Alto preferred

• Ideally near California Avenue, but open to nearby areas

Budget:

• $2,000–$3,500 per month, depending on location and setup

About me:

• Quiet, respectful, and responsible professional

• Very low-key lifestyle

• No parties, no smoking, no pets

• Typically spend most weekdays (and weekends) at the office

• Clean and considerate of shared spaces

What I’m looking for:

• Furnished or semi-furnished preferred

• Stable internet and a quiet environment for work

• Open to apartment, condo, or part of a house
