We are building the most emotionally intelligent voice AI customer-service platform ever created: millions of concurrent outbound calls, voices that adapt tone & emotion in real time, proprietary emotional NLP (EmotionSync), dynamic voice synthesis (VoiceForge), blockchain-secured knowledge, and quantum-enhanced predictive analytics.

This is a true co-founder opportunity - you will own a significant part of the company, shape every technical decision from day one, and help build something that could redefine how the world communicates.

**We are looking for; **
A passionate AI / speech researcher-builder currently pursuing (or recently completing) a Masters or PhD, who has a burning desire to create, own, and solve hard problems at the frontier of voice intelligence.

If you love turning ambitious research ideas into reality, thrive on pushing the limits of emotional AI, and want to build a company from the ground up, this is for you.

Core technical skills we need (strong expertise in most of these areas)

• Very strong Python + PyTorch (or JAX) — you ship models, not just notebooks
• Training / fine-tuning large language models (Llama-3, Mistral, Gemma, Qwen, Grok family, etc.)
• Speech & audio domain knowledge: TTS, voice cloning, emotion/prosody modelling, paralinguistic features
• Hands-on experience with modern TTS systems (ElevenLabs, XTTS-v2, StyleTTS 2, VITS, MeloTTS, Bark, Tortoise, etc.)
• Real-time inference & streaming (low-latency TTS/STT pipelines).
