We’re seeking a college or grad student to support our 15-year-old autistic son as a 1:1 learning aide during the school week.
WHY THIS IS A GREAT STUDENT ROLE

• Private cottage included (room, utilities, Wi-Fi)
• Prime Menlo Park location near Stanford
• Housing value ~$3,000/month
• 30–35 hours/week, mostly weekdays
• 3 weeks paid vacation + major holidays
• Additional hours paid at $20/hour
• Hands-on experience relevant to education, psychology, speech therapy, OT, or healthcare

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support a student at a small, inclusive high school
• Assist with communication using an AAC device
• Help with routines, homework, and activities
• Drive to school and appointments (family vehicle provided)

WHO THIS IS FOR

• Interested in working with teens and neurodiverse learners
• Minimum 1-year commitment
