My roommate is leaving Palo Alto for good, and I’m looking for someone to take over her room from March (dates can be flexible). The lease has 6 months remaining with the possibility of renewal.

The Space:
• 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Palo Alto (10 min biking from downtown).
• Super close to California Avenue. Nice neighbors, quiet and safe area.
• The room is $1700/month + utilities.

You’ll be sharing the place with a 32 yo male working at Stanford. I’m looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces, but also enjoys a nice chat rather than just being a stranger in the house. Not a party house!
