The room comfortably fits a full/queen bed, desk, and dresser. The house has a spacious kitchen, dining, and living room space. Also has a lemon, avocado, and mandarin tree in the backyard, plus a small raised bed garden that's growing tomatoes, strawberries, and grapes. The current roommate (myself) has a super sweet and friendly senior dog, so any incoming pets/people must be dog-friendly.
