Hi all, I am doing a visiting research position May 2 to July 31, and am looking for a subletter.

I currently live on Waverley street in Menlo Park in a second floor condo with one bathroom and a full kitchen. I have one roommate; he is an extremely kind and welcoming person, and I am hoping to find someone who is also agreeable :). He will be in and out over the summer as his girlfriend lives in Washington. We are both Stanford PhDs in late 20s/early 30s and enjoy the outdoors (biking, climbing, surfing, etc.).

The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We live within walking distance of a supermarket (Willow Market) and walking / biking distance within a grocery store (TJs) / downtown Menlo Park. We're ~10 minutes from campus by bike; the route also avoids major roads fortunately.

$1600 / month + electricity (usually ~$50)
