We are moving back to Europe and saying goodbye to our lovely American home. It is an amazing place to live and a good deal for the area. We have a wonderful building manager, parking, bike storage, gas grill bbqs, garden, swimming pool with sunbeds, and laundry facilities in the building. 15-20 min biking to campus. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, large balcony, 2 closets, kitchen and is available from 2nd of April (could be a bit flexible).

For yearly lease 2535$ per month + utilities (usually around 150$ per month - I can send you our receipts upon request).
