My partner and I are looking for an additional roommate or two (a year lease minimum). We are pretty clean and organized, both tech founders, and hard working. Big perks of living with us -- you pay less for your room cos we will cover more rent.
We are looking to rent anywhere between Foster City to Menlo Park. We are in discussion with the landlord of this place: https://www.zillow.com/.../274MH-42nd-Ave.../460049850_zpid/ and hoping to get it if we can find a roommate(s) in time.

Your rent would be $2500 if 1 roommate, or $1500 if we can find an additional roommate for this 3 BR house.
