The Apartment: 750 sqf with fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, bright, spacious layout. Plenty of parking space.

Furniture Buy-out ($800): We are prioritizing people willing to take the furniture so we don’t have to sell items separately. The Aparment is ready to move in, no need to worry about buying bed and other things and you can sell everything afterwards! For $800 total, you get:
Both bedrooms: 2 queen beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, lamps, some ikea shelving. Living room: Couch and coffee table. Kitchen: All pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, and small appliances.
(Big appliances, dining table and microwave are part of the Aparment!).

Total Rent is $3,400 (Includes water/garbage; gas/electric paid separately). The full apartment is available in April (one room can be available mid-March). If you are only interested in one room, feel free to reach out as well! It would be the best opportunity to find your own roommate!
