Looking for a new tenant to take over one of the rooms in our 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in Mountain View. Both of my current roommates are moving out, and I will be staying in the apartment, so I am looking for two new roommates.


About the apartment: It is about 15 minutes from Stanford and close to many major tech companies. The location is extremely convenient, less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Mountain View/Castro Street and across the street from San Antonio Plaza, with Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Target, restaurants, gyms, Caltrain, and more all within walking distance. The apartment complex has a pool, lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, a gym, a clubhouse, and an outdoor grill.

Two rooms are available: Rent is $1,425 or $1500 per month plus utilities. Parking is included. The apartment is furnished, includes a dishwasher and in-unit laundry, and has a patio overlooking the pool. The available room shares a bathroom with one other person. I am looking for female roommates only.

About me: I am a 23yo year old female working at Stanford. I keep the apartment clean and value an easygoing, respectful living space. I would also be happy to be friends with my roommates!
