My name is Loi, and I’m writing to express interest in the room you have available. My partner, Joel, and I are looking for a place to stay during my time as a Visiting Research Scholar at Stanford University.
A little about us: I am 32 and Joel is 31. We are both coming from Sweden as part of my PhD program. We’d describe ourselves as outgoing and social, but we are also very respectful of shared spaces. We prioritize keeping a clean and organized home—especially since I'll be focusing heavily on my research.
Our requested dates: We have a slightly unique schedule as we will be heading back to Sweden for the summer. We are looking for accommodation during these two periods:
* Spring Quarter: March 28 – June 20
* Fall Quarter: September 20 – December 20

We are open for a short-term arrangement or a continuous lease.
