I am looking to sublease one of my apartment rooms on 800 high street:

• The location is a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike to campus
• The apartment has 2 bedrooms: 1 suite for $2400, 1 bedroom with a corridor bathroom for $2100
• Fully furnished (stove, dining table, bed, sofa, TV...)
• I (20F) will be away in the fall, so the whole apartment will be yours. I will be back in winter and spring, but will mostly be living on campus. I will occupy the other room and will use the apartment from time to time.
