It’s one bedroom in a two-bedroom house. You will share a kitchen, bathroom and entrance with the tenant in one other bedroom (currently occupied by a young female professional). The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, bookshelf, refrigerator, as well as beddings. We also have on-site laundry and high-speed internet. Close to Stanford main campus and Downtown Palo Alto (10-15 min bike ride). The room is available June 18th. No smoking and no pets. Monthly rent is $1,295 plus shared utilities.
