Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to replace me in a sunny, spacious, comfy, and quiet second-story apartment in Menlo Park. The apartment is close to the park, the river, downtown Palo Alto, and Stanford. Your would-be housemate is a research assistant in genetics at Stanford, and they’re a friendly, active, communicative, tidy, plant-loving, and all-around excellent housemate :) I’m moving out due to a career change. The lease ends on August 31 (~5 months from now), and I’m flexible with the start date (Aug 1 or Aug 16) and touring. Some of the images are from the original posting, and the rest are as the house is now! The bedroom itself is quite large (130-140sqft, easily fits a king-sized bed) as well as having a large closet. Also, comes with a free parking spot in a carport.
