Our last Stanford grad student tenant is leaving at the end of April.
We have a furnished 1 Bedroom + 1 private bathroom available for rent in our 4bed-3bath house. 10mn bike ride to campus on Valparaiso (cross road: Alameda de Las Pulgas) in Menlo Park.
Month to month, short term rental ok – ideally 4 to 6 months -Available May 2026-
We share kitchen and laundry room (washer+dryer), dining/living room and backyard
$1,550/month+$200 utilities (Electricity, Gas, Recycling, High speed WiFi Internet No Deposit required, 1st month payment at time of agreement.
Some info about us:
I have been working at Stanford for 20 years. My husband is Cuban, I am French, we speak English, French and Spanish in the house. Our three daughters have moved out of state for college. We have an adorable 4-year-old dog who loves having people around. We currently rent another one of the bedroom to a Stanford international Student from Spain.
