I’m looking for a housemate to replace me in a sunny, spacious, comfy, and quiet second-story apartment in Menlo Park on Waverley St. The apartment is close to the park, the river, downtown Palo Alto, and Stanford, and the neighborhood is quite running/biking friendly. Your would-be housemate is a research assistant in genetics at Stanford, and they’re a friendly, active, communicative, tidy, plant-loving, and all-around excellent housemate :) I’m moving out due to a career change. The lease ends on August 31 (~5 months from now), and I’m flexible with the start date (April 1, April 15, or May 1) and touring. Some of the images are from the original posting, and the rest are as the house is now! The bedroom itself is quite large (130-140sqft, easily fits a king-sized bed) as well as having a large closet.
