Psyclinic AI is building an AI-powered Simulation Lab for Psychology education—helping students gain real-world clinical skills through immersive, case-based learning.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Co-Founder – Growth to lead end-to-end growth strategy—from GTM to revenue scale. This is a zero-to-one leadership role focused on building demand, partnerships, and a scalable growth engine in the higher education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution
• Drive university partnerships and institutional sales
• Build and scale revenue pipelines (B2B & B2B2C)
• Lead brand, positioning, and demand generation
• Experiment with growth channels (digital, partnerships, outbound)
• Work closely with product to align market needs with roadmap
Ideal Profile
• Passionate in growth / sales / GTM roles (EdTech/HealthTech preferred)
• Strong network in higher education / universities
• Proven ability to build from scratch and scale revenue
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
• Experience in early-stage startup or 0→1 journey is a big plus
