I am an incoming visiting postgraduate student (male) seeking short-term/sublet housing on- or near- campus from ~April 6 to mid July. Ideally, I am looking for a furnished 1B1B unit or a 1B with a shared bathroom.

I do not have pets, and I am non-smoking, and non-alcoholic. I would appreciate details regarding rent, amenities (such as internet, laundry, and kitchen access), and any flexibility in move-in/move-out dates. If available, photos of the unit and information about proximity to campus (address) would also be very helpful.
