We are subletting a one-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom in our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Avalon Mountain View.

The apartment complex offers amenities such as a pool, grill, and gym. Additionally, the apartment has in-unit laundry.

The room is furnished with a desk, chair, and a queen bed that comes with a built-in closet. There are also free, unassigned parking lots available within the apartment complex.

Please note that this apartment is exclusively for single occupancy.

We prefer a rental period from March 25 to May 15. While the start dates are flexible, the end dates must be before May 15.
