I'm a recent Stanford PhD grad (female), moving out of student housing in mid-August. I have three cats, and lots of plants, and am looking for a place to live in the area. I would be happy to sublet student housing for a long-ish period, or do a houseshare with someone. What's really important for me is outside space and someone who can tolerate kitties.

Also happy to pay a higher rent if we split something.
