Subletting my studio for the Summer. The studio is very beautiful with plenty of sunlight in the main room and the kitchen.

The studio is at a prime location, two blocks away from SomiSomi on Uni Ave, it is biking distance from campus with plenty of parks in the area too. Whole foods, Trader Joe's, bus stops, Palo Alto Caltrain, are all walking distance away. Perfect for a student doing an internship on campus or at a company with shuttle stops at Palo Alto Caltrain.

The studio is tucked away in a corner so it is furthest from the street, however because of that it could get a little warm in the Summer, but I recently got a really nice fan that circulates air really well throughout the main room and keeps it nice and cool. If it at all gets cold, I have a heater that covers the entire room in an instant. Both the fan and the heater are remote control operated and they are really nice.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, silverware, and more. I have an air fryer, instant pot, and microwave available for use. Bathroom has a bidet which is a plus.

Plenty of storage space available in a dresser and part of the main closet. The main room has two big desks and one of them is an electronic standing desks with two big monitors for work at home.

This studio is a steal for someone working nearby and is looking for a space.

Some restrictions: Absolutely no pets, no guests, no smoking, no drugs, no drinking of any kind. The landlord's rules are pretty strict and I have maintained them for as long as I have been here and I am looking for someone that will respect that and do the same.

Looking for a female that is clean, quiet, and respectful of other people's property.
