I am a male incoming postdoc from South Korea. My position at Stanford starts on May 1st, and I am looking for a private bedroom to move into between April 27th and April 30th.

About Me:
I am clean, respectful, and easygoing. I will spend most of my weekdays at the lab and prefer a quiet and peaceful environment at home. Non-smoker, no pets, and no loud parties.

What I’m Looking For:
Budget: Under $1,800/month (including utilities)
Location: Biking distance to campus (Palo Alto, Menlo Park, etc.)
Room: Private bedroom. Shared or private bathroom.
Lease Term: Open to long-term (6+ months) or month-to-month.

Since I am currently in South Korea, I would love to set up a quick video call to see the place virtually.
I can also provide my Stanford offer letter as proof of income upon request.
